Justin Barbaro

Justin Barbaro, Ph.D., works on The Education Partners team as a Research Associate. Prior to joining the team, Justin served as a graduate research and teaching assistant at the Klingenstein Center for Independent School Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University. His dissertation research developed and tested a theory of executive transitions in international schools to assist both school leaders and governance boards in planning strategically for these critical organizational events.
